Cybersecurity Pricing

We offer both annual and 3-year agreements. The 3-year term gives you the best pricing with approximately 25% savings. Annual contracts are available at a slightly higher rate. There are no month-to-month options at this time, but we are confident you will see the value within the first 90 days.

Shield, Fortress, and Citadel plans require a minimum of 25 users. Command requires a minimum of 50 users due to the additional NOC infrastructure involved. If you are close to a minimum threshold, contact us to discuss options.

Our Command plan includes dedicated compliance support for HIPAA, SOC 2 Type I and II, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001. We provide gap assessments, control mapping, policy templates, and evidence collection. For organizations on other plans who need compliance assistance, it is available as a separate engagement.

Onboarding is a one-time fee that covers agent deployment, stack configuration, policy setup, and training for your team. The process typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on the plan. Payment can be split: 50% upfront, remaining 50% within 30 days. Monthly service billing begins once your environment is fully live.

An annual penetration test is included with the Command plan at no additional cost. For Shield, Fortress, and Citadel customers, penetration testing is available as a standalone service engagement and we offer preferred pricing for existing customers.

Traditional MSPs are IT companies that bolt on security as an afterthought or an add-on fee. We are a cybersecurity company first. Security is built into every plan from the ground up, not charged extra. Our team holds offensive security certifications and publishes daily threat intelligence. When you need someone who understands how attackers actually work, that is the difference.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your contract term. Many customers start with Fortress or Citadel and upgrade to Command as their security posture matures and compliance needs grow.

Absolutely. While we are headquartered in McKinney, TX and serve the DFW metroplex locally, all of our managed services are delivered remotely. We serve businesses across all 50 states. Our SOC, NOC, MDR, and monitoring services work regardless of your physical location.
